ELMM BIBLE STUDY HUB

Terms of Use

Last updated 1 October 2026 (version 2026.10.01)

These terms are a short, plain agreement between you and Eternal Life and Miracles Ministries (ELMM) about using the ELMM Bible Study Hub. Please read them together with our Privacy Notice.

1. Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Who can use the app

  • You must be 18 or older. A younger person may use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
  • Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password private.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

3. What the app is for

The app offers Bible study lessons, sermons, daily devotions, and ministry information for personal growth, church life, and small group teaching. It is teaching and encouragement. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, or counselling advice.

Some Yoruba text is first prepared with automated tools and then checked by our team. It may still contain mistakes. If the English and the Yoruba seem to differ, the English is the reference. Please tell us about any error you find.

4. Our content

Eternal Life and Miracles Ministries (ELMM) owns, or has permission to use, the lessons, sermons, devotions, images, and design in the app. You may read them, save them for offline reading, and use them for your own study and for teaching in your church or small group, with credit to the ministry.

  • You may not sell our content, copy it in bulk, republish it, or place it in another app or website without our written permission.
  • You may not use bots, scrapers, or other automatic tools to collect it.

5. Your own notes

Your notes, bookmarks, and progress belong to you and are private to your account. We use them only to run the app for you, as the Privacy Notice explains. You are responsible for what you write, so please do not store other people’s private information in your notes.

6. Using the app properly

  • Do not break the law, or use the app to harm, harass, or mislead anyone.
  • Do not try to reach other members’ information or the team’s administration pages.
  • Do not overload, damage, or interfere with the app or its security.
  • Do not share your account with others.

If these rules are broken, we may warn you, suspend your account, or remove it.

7. The app and changes to it

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always work without interruption or errors. Offline use depends on your phone. We may change, pause, or stop parts of the app.

8. Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss or damage that comes from using the app or from being unable to use it, including the loss of notes if you delete your account or clear your phone. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the law that cannot be removed.

9. Ending your use

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account on the My Account page. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. Deleting your account does not change who owns our content.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date above and tell members in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disagreements

These terms follow the laws of Nigeria. If a problem comes up, please contact us first so that we can try to settle it in a fair and friendly way.
